MADE TO ORDER
Blood Knot is a one-person Australian workshop. Cordage is not taken from ready-made stock; each order is made specifically for the customer.
Production time varies according to the diameter, length and colour ordered, the size of the order and the workshop workload. Cordage making is also weather dependent. Some stages cannot be carried out safely or consistently in rain, strong wind or unsuitable conditions.
I will make every reasonable effort to complete your order promptly. If weather, workload or another unexpected problem is likely to cause a significant delay, I will contact you. If you need cordage by a particular date, please contact me before ordering so I can tell you whether it is achievable.
SHIPPING
All orders are sent from Australia using Australia Post. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout and are based on the destination, parcel weight and available Australia Post services.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Tracking details will be included when the selected postal service provides them.
Delivery estimates apply after production is complete. Postal and customs delays are outside Blood Knot’s control, particularly for international orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Blood Knot supplies customers in Australia and a selected range of international destinations. Available countries and shipping services will appear at checkout.
If you live in a country that Blood Knot does not currently service and are interested in purchasing my cordage, please contact me. I will investigate the available shipping options and let you know whether I can assist.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that are not collected during checkout. Local customs requirements and delivery delays can vary by destination.
QUESTIONS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you are unsure about shipping, production time or a special order, please contact me before purchasing. Include your country, approximate diameter, colour and required length, and I will do my best to help.
